1. Experience

1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, digital marketing, or social media content development.

Freshers with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio may also apply.

2. Skills & Competencies

Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to create content for social media, websites, blogs, ads, emailers, and video scripts.

Understanding of digital trends, brand communication, and audience engagement.

Basic knowledge of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and content performance analytics.

Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and collaborate with design teams.

3. Technical Knowledge

Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Grammarly, etc.

Understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trending content formats.

4. Personal Attributes

Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
